Process
At 9X Contracting & Custom Woodwork, we have no inventory. Everything we ship is made to order with your input and design direction. We’re happy to work within your budget, and will charge accordingly if you want to paint or stain or apply siding yourself. It’s no different than getting a house built, but on a smaller scale.
1.Design
We can do projects in any style. Send us your pictures or plans, and we’ll get your project done. If your idea is unique, we have referral architects, and a number of places we can obtain plans. Once we know what you need, we’ll send an estimate, then set the contract.
2. Payment
Pricing is based on the complexity of the project, and shipping is extra. We accept any form of payment, but an email money transfer will get your project rolling faster. We charge a 50 per cent down payment, with the remainder owed before we ship.
3. Building
Once your payment has cleared, we order the materials, then the project is put into queue. The length of time the project will take varies depending on the complexity, and the time of year you ordered. We’ll keep you updated on our progress.
4. Delivery
Since everything we build is delivered, there are size restrictions: We can build structures up to a maximum of 14 feet wide and 32 feet long. There are also height restrictions, but some structures can be split to accommodate add-ons. Delivery prices depend on your location.
